in no other of his films is he simultaneously the coolest guy - the baddest motherfucking “i wanna be him” character - and also the head of the dance department. you know how many people can pull that off and make it believable?

the answer is two: patrick swayze and antonio banderas.

I’d have to go with Point Break. Not sure anyone else could have played Bodhi without going a little too light or a little too dark. Swayze kept it riding the line between love him / hate him the entire time.
